As our Legal Administrative Assistant and Intake Specialist, Kayla brings a commitment to excellence in customer service to her role with our legal team, having served as administrative assistant for her family’s wholesale distribution business for nearly a decade before joining Norton Health Law, PC.

Kayla’s welcoming demeanor, sense of compassion, and attention to detail are in perfect alignment with our expectations for how our clients will be treated whether they call, email, or visit our office. As the first point of contact for our new clients, Kayla plays a vital role in creating comfort and reassurance that our clients’ needs are understood. Our clients can always expect their questions and concerns to be handled by Kayla with the utmost professionalism and care.

Kayla is a graduate of Sweet Briar College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business. She embraces being part of a team and says of her role at Norton Health Law, PC, “I love the mission behind Norton Health Law and their passion for advocating for their clients’ health. I am grateful to be part of a team that cares so much.”

When she is not serving our clients, Kayla enjoys cooking, baking, and trying new recipes. Being a relatively new resident of Charlottesville, she is excited to explore fresh trails in and around the area for hiking, a favorite pastime of hers, and embraces the new community she now calls home.
